WARRANTY POLICY
GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
All items sold by MILSPEC WATCH GROUP on our website are new, never worn condition, 100% genuine and GUARANTEED authentic. We ONLY sell brand new items from our website with original stickers/packaging, manufacturer's engraving, including serial numbers and/or reference numbers (where applicable). All items sold on this website are guaranteed authentic. We are Authorized Dealers and not third party resellers.
WARRANTY
Every item sold on our website is covered by the specific manufacturer's warranty after purchase (from us). Please contact the brand-manufacturer of your watch and follow their warranty policy. ALL watches sold by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Should you have further questions after contacting the brand-manufacturer, please email us at support@milspecwatchgroup.com and provide your proof of purchase information and include a brief description of what's going on.
For repair of products under warranty, please follow the brand-manufactuere's policy and procedures. Save all the original paperwork including the warranty card, proof of purchase, and anything (box, strap, etc.)that came with the product.
The limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. It does not cover external physical damage to the watches, including:
- External wear-and-tear from normal daily use
- Water/moisture damage
- Damage to the watch case/bezel and finishes
- Damage to crystal/glass
- Damage to watch bracelet/band, straps, screws
- Damage to crown/stem
- Damage to clasp/buckle
- Any lost/missing parts on the outer portion of the watch
- Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
- Damage which is due to having the watch serviced by a third party
- Damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Modding of any kind or evidence thereof.
