Order Online
To order online simply use our ssl secured shopping cart. Click on the "Add To Cart" button next to each item you would like to purchase. After you are finished shopping click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, fill out the order form, submit the order, then you’re finished! It’s a very secure and seamless process. Cancelled orders (prior to fulfillment) are subject to a $10.00 fee. This fee covers costs we receive for simply processing your order information through our website and financial institutions including Shop Pay app.
FREE Shipping
There will be no shipping charge on any order of $200.00 (USD) or more within the lower 48 US States. This offer applies to ALL standard UPS Ground, FedEx, DHL or USPS shipping. Simply place your order and enjoy the free shipping! For orders under $200.00 (USD) there is a $12.95 shipping charge. We've recently increased our minimum shipping amount threshold to offset specific costs, fees and duties.
Shipping Time Frame/Carriers
All orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and/or Royal Mail. Please provide a physical shipping address including your phone number. We do not deliver to PO Boxes unless verified first. Your order will ship out of our warehouse or we may ship directly from one of our manufacturers depending upon logistics and/or supply. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days and take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. We do not control the mail or delivery times.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available for an additional charge. Orders with express shipping placed after 14:00 EST will not be fulfilled until the next BUSINESS day. You can place an order with express shipping on our website if available. If you would like an exact quote for 1, 2 or 3 day shipping please e-mail us at: support@milspecwatchgroup.com *If you e-mail us please provide a daytime phone number so we can contact you. We will need to know the specific item(s) you want to order including; Name, Address, Zip code, and the date you wish to receive the shipment.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
Items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii will require an additional shipping charge. We will notify you of this charge after your order is placed.
Returns
All items are 100% guaranteed. You must have prior authorization to return any item. Any item received without prior authorization will be refused and you will be liable for any and all costs. Returned items must be shipped with the original packaging and in the original condition unless reviewed and verified by us first. We review claims on a case by case basis. Please enclose all original paperwork, invoices and/or receipts you received with the packaging. We require original paperwork to properly service your requests. Specify if you would like a refund prior to shipping any item back to us. Returns must be made within 10 days of the receiving/delivered or signed-for date. If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping, we may require additional information. Due to recent changes and additional fees; we may pay or reimburse you for the return shipping costs once we receive the item. In specific cases, we will send you a return label and either replace the item or give you a refund. Return label items must be packaged well and in the designated pre-paid label box dimensions. If you are returning an item for any other reason than it being damaged in shipping, you must ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will give you a refund minus shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-damaged items. Non-stocked items, special orders, clearance items and personalized items are non-refundable. We evaluate each return claim carefully and always protect you (our customers) and ourselves from fraudulent activity.

All returned orders are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee per item. This fee covers the original costs and duties charged to us by the supplier or manufacturer. We reserve the right to waive restocking fees.
Refused and Unopened Shipments
If you refuse a shipment there is a $59.00 fee. This fee covers the shipping and handling cost incurred by us in processing your order. This fee also covers new duties and tariff fees we receive from the manufacturers country of origin in Switzerland, Germany and the United Kingdom respectively, along with processing your order through our website.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time. However, we support our US Military & do our best to accommodate APO and FPO addresses.
Gift Cards
If you would like for us to include a MILSPEC WATCH GROUP gift card please give us a call and drop us a detailed e-mail when you place your order. We will send one of our gift cards for you upon receiving instructions on how you want the card written. This service is free of charge. We will not be able to send a gift card if your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier.
